R.B. King Properties Facilities

R.B. King Properties takes pride in our facility. We believe it is a representation of who and what we are in business.

In 2001 our Design and Build capabilities were showcased at our Corporate Headquarters at 901 Callendar Boulevard in Painesville, Ohio.

Then in 2003 we expanded our operation to include a 2.5 acre property in Perry, Ohio.  The building was a 120 year old lumberyard that R..B. King Properties completely renovated at a state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line facility with more than 30,000 square feet under roof which afforded all divisions room for manufacturing, warehousing as well as to improve overall function of our company.

In 2009 a decision was made to sell our model facility to a local business which needed to expand.  We are now located in a quaint cottage setting at 4241 S. Ridge Road in Perry, Ohio.
